Respectfully, in the case of Movement Industries, it would behoove investors (current and potential) to FULLY understand the dynamics of the upcoming merger(s) and why it is IMPORTANT that one should, CRITICALLY, evaluate the upcoming merger(s) and how the merger(s) will reflect/affect the Company's INTRINSIC VALUE.
There are distinctions between "Accretive Merger(s)" and "Dilutive Merger(s)." Being able to distinguish the difference between "accretion" and "dilution" may give you a definitive edge over those who do not. It may, also, better protect investors from misinformation campaigns, regarding Movement Industries.

As a result of "MY," and collective, due diligence, I have formed MY opinion that the upcoming merger(s), which Movement Industries is stated to be actively engaged in, are "Accretive" and NOT "dilutive." Knowing the difference between the two is paramount, in my, most-humble, opinion. Movement Industries has advised that releases will be progressively made.
I wish you all the best, on your assessments of the intrinsic value of Movement Industries, as we progress.
Blessings...
