How will Bob pay for those 1000 EV in their agreement with Skywell?
They have no cash.
They will never get financing Maxim because they will never meet criteria for Nasdaq.
It is clear as day.
I don’t get why you faithful don’t see it.
Bob will resort to toxic lenders for money and the stock price will get destroyed.
These toxic lenders don’t care about the future of the company.
They want to get their money back at any cost.
Shareholders always get screwed in these deals.
It’s the Wild West OTC out there.
