I think the current Acting Director has no intention of acting recklessly like Congressman Watt did! As a 20 year veteran of the GFC at FDIC, she understands that the road to good intentions (if you have a pulse you have a mortgage) can lead to the GFC and capital in a 1st Loss Position is beneficial.
