You cannot buy shares in a CE stock. You can only liquidate to a broker, hedge fund, institution, or qualified buyer. I guess the SEC is forcing these qualified buyers to buy shares for liquidation even if they are worthless. The stock would have to go to pink status for retail buyers to purchase shares. Apparently that is not happening.
