In order to pay-off the MASSIVE CONVERTIBLE OVERHANG, all remaining shares will need to be issued, followed by a R/S.

Why is it so difficult for GFTX to provide meaningful financial updates?

I realize the company is WAAAAYYYY UNDERWATER financially, but they've been promising updates for OVER A YEAR NOW.

Instead, shareholders are left w/ old marketing promo, rehashed on msg boards...
