Presently the BFHJ-Korean JV is pursuing the acquisition of $280 million of operating solar projects and the development of $1 billion of new solar pv and battery projects. As part of these activities, through June, 2021 the BFHJ-Korean JV has entered into several joint ventures with local developers in Nevada and Puerto Rico to develop in excess of 50 MW of solar pv projects and 300MWH of battery storage. The Korean ESS Company is providing engineering support for all battery storage applications.
