Well Im not a scientist, but I play one on TV. As I see it, there are many ways to produce energy in a moving vehicle. One is some type of solar transfer, maybe through the windows, possibly some sort of heat transference, wind transference & kenotic transference as well as, a good old fashioned alternator. A moving vehicle has all of the above possibilities to actually create energy as the vehicle is operated. If all of those elements are incorporated in some fashion it does not seem impossible to create more output then the necessary input to keep a charge going. There making leaps and bounds with batteries these days and capabilities of them only discharging energy as its needed and not draining out when not in use. However we are always 40-50 yrs behind what is actually known in technology, and if they have found a source available that does not need the machinal types of energy transference I have described, wont be the car manufactures knocking at his door, it will be NASA &the space program that will be kicking it in. IMO
