TA, McBride has VIOLATED SEC 17(b)....

in my view and I have said so several times...

He thinks he is above SEC's Laws: that's why he NEVER bothered to file 13D and Forms 3 and 4, provide the proper Documentation for the original PP, or file an 8K for the HUGE Unscheduled Material Event that is DOUBLING the outstanding share count...
