RRR, Very good observation on number of shareholders.

Remember last year when the CEO and CFO exchanged debt for stock as well? Most of this was exchanged at the .21 price area and is still restricted.

Another positive about this company has been the fact that dilution if it was to occur in a negative way would greatly impact the CEO who is the majority stockholder in the company.

On another note, I don't see it apparent with the recent news they have been hyping the stock by any measure.
