A company doesn't just barely raise an AS and then turn around and RS? What in the HELL? If that was the intention then the DAMN company would have gone through with an RS and then right after raise the AS. Not the other way around. Obviously it goes without saying that an RS is NOT going to happen just as the company has stated more than once or it would have happened. Even the thought of it when the AS has just barely been raised the other day is absurd!
There are companies out there with severely high share structures that don't go the RS route that have high share prices.
So stating that the company "must?" do an RS in order to "survive??" is just nonsense.
Actually going the RS route often does a company harm in that it quickly loses shareholder confidence (not in all cases but in perhaps most). There are always exceptions to the rule but glad to see they are not going considering anything like that.
