Here are a few more...
How did this 13d group coalesce? How were the many simultaneous factors orchestrated (heavy short-buying to hold/diminish the CYDY stock in place, wave of negative FUD especially re: Nader Pourhassan, and the 13d group magically appears, barrage of negativity, etc.)? Oh, sure it could have been coincidental, but not when billions of dollars of future profits (for BP) are at stake.

Rather than BP as a group, it's most probably one of their more powerful members that put this scenario together, and put it together well.

Who's ultimately behind the initiative to subvert CytoDyn's management? Gilead, Merck, JnJ, Phizer, etc.?

I agree - put off the general meeting until a later date. In the meantime Nader, and team, has to make some things happen.
