My understanding is they only needed to submit if they could not come to an agreement, and the judge said to google they would not be happy if he had to step in. I think google still had to file the everything paper on interrogatory #3. My guess is that was not under the same timimg as the 10 pgs explaining why they could not resolve their differences after judge had cleared up some stuff during the recent meeting. If I'm wrong (because I can't find the document where the judge put it in writing) I will buy everyone a virtual drink with my virtual money!
