Well since we appear to be deep in fantasy land might as well keep going! Can someone explain how on August 31, 2018 Mica said the Retained Bidder, BioAmber and the Monitor still needed to negotiate in good faith to finalize the definitive agreements AND that before filing with the Court the Definitive Agreements are executed in final form, CONFIRMED IN WRITING BY BIOAMBER when all of Bioamber's Directors and Executives had resigned by August 31... the date of Mica's email??? Now that's one hell of a fantasy!
