I would think a lot more of his position was weakened by selling his shares?? no He can certainly buy shares?? no

If I go too far down this "real reason to pursue"--is that why np doesn't want Pestell to have all his shares--it is his voting power?? Never thought of this but you might be on to something

Because if NP was very concerned about shares and us shareholders, he could have made that purchase "conditional" like vyera did with us. He could have also returned the "bonus" shares he got for that purchase. If he was concerned about ALL shareholders
