Bottom line - Titan is basically in MDT's hip pocket and will be acquired AT THE PRICE MDT IS WILLING TO PAY ! IMO

The redacted shat has all of the details but I don't see how all of these independent BO valuations flow in if MDT owns the jointly developed IP/patents ?

Have fun watching the paint dry between now and mid September and then exciteables will start their spin in Mid-September only to likely see another exclusive agreement surface. No BO at least until Human trials finish IMO and submission to FDA is reached - only logical.

Any others who wanted Titan would have showed up by now - why would they let MDT own more and more important IP/patents ? Makes no sense
