The LAHO carnie clowns diluted over 3 billion shares into the illegal promotion before the SEC revoked the fraudulent security for failure to file.

I hope people realize it was illegal to sell all those converted shares to penny stock marks under Rule 144 - The Current Information clause was not met.

Now people are believing that the clowns are going to just give them a collective 8.2 million dollars back, in collusion with this Fraudulent shell stock MSSV.

MSSV has been a fraud since inception. The original clowns, Ken Chua and Sandy Anderson were banned from the market by the BCSC, their home jurisdiction being as they were out of Vancouver, BC.

Pat Hundley was busted for defrauding Michigan investors out of over 7 million dollars in selling them property in Costa Rico that he never owned.

Then his side kick Melvin Pereira took over and ran a few more scams with the shell, the Hotel Pure and Oveedia bogus vacation booking sites, and after that shifted to Meso Numismatics which was nothing more than another fairy tale claiming to deal in rare coins.

There has never been anything real here since inception.

And now people are claiming the shell is magically legitimate.

Retailers are in for a rude awakening here.
