No, while Patterson may see it as a way to get Leronlimab under his control, for the 13D it's deeper than that.

1) The 13D needs full control to be able to really execute their plan. So need to take over the BOD.

Smarmy feel good posters and anti NP poster mix to shift investor sentiment is step 1.

2) Reverse Split to compress existing SH. Themselves included. 17 million shares at .50/sh maybe less average . So 8 million dollars spent to take over a 1 billion dollar company ?

If successful , they will not be sacrificing very much, their payday will be down the road after they minimize ours .

3) After RS, massive dilution for war chest and company development.

4) Second massive dilution to buy InCellDx and get a premium on their shares there which will make up for taking a hit on Original CYDY shares.

5) Instead of owning 5 or 6 percent of a 1 billion dollar company, they will own 55 to 60 percent for maybe a total investment of 50 million dollars. This is including their investment in InCellDx. It could be more or less, who knows.

6) Selling for 1 billion they net maybe 600 million dollars, sell for 2 Billion they net over 1 billion.

Us retail who have been compressed 1 for 10, might end up flat or with a 50% or more loss after the company is sold. Depends on our average cost basis.

Amazing that such a small amount of money will be able to leverage such a large % of the pie.

That's what a company purchase will do, it's been done to Cytodyn once, the largest owner of shares got them by selling a worthless company to Cytodyn.

Tony C did it once to Cytodyn shareholders, now looking to complete the 2nd fleecing of Cytodyn shareholders.
