Maybe we all missed the point:

1. Everybody wanted news.

2. Everybody got news.

3. The company apparently is still
supposed to be in a "quiet period"
since the Form 10 is still in process
and has changes going in. Right?

Logically, the company did NOT want
PrimeZone, etc., to pick it up.

I admit it's a stretch, but it makes sense,
sort of.
