FCCC, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2021 (the “Annual Report”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense.

The Company is in the process of completing its audited financial statements, and intends to file the Annual Report on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
