My reference is that I was a director in a public company for decades. We all have the same rules - you can only buy or sell after fins are posted. The rest of the time is called 'quiet time'. That's simply so insiders cant' take advantage of everyone else if they know something that is either good or bad and could affect trading.
First, you post your fins. THEN you allow insiders to trade. I don't need no stinking link -that's the f"n rules.
