I don't think it's fair that MSSV could be over a dollar by the time I get my check? I already invested my money into LAHO and was head over heels happy about the merger. I haven't really had the funds to buy MSSV in the meantime as it was tied up in other investments! It favors people that have cash now over the some people that put up a lot of money which would have grown with the merger! Who know's by the time I get a check the PPS may be way more than I want to pay! I'll still be glad to get the check and will almost doubling my initial investment but if I could use my 14K next week I'd be able to buy 70,000 shares. On the other hand I could get my check in 3 months and by then I might only get 10 or 20 thousand shares! I know it can't be fair for everybody but I'll take it! And to be honest, I could buy some next week but I'd have to liquidate other equities that are way down and I damn sure don't want to do that! Oh well, I guess I'll have to become a basher for a couple months to help get em cheaper when my check finally comes! In this day and age you'd think they could figure out how to wire the cash right back into your account! But then I guess 28 different attorneys wouldn't get their cut!!!?
