FACT - for under $70M, MDT can own over 35% of Titan Medical and avoid paying BILLIONS later on. That is lunch money for them to take a shot if there is any interest at all. Your thinking just doesn't compute - what CEO would want to overpay ?

Why no huge stake in Titan by ISRG or any other player ? Is it because they think Titan is overvalued now ? Splain it
