SO, I ask politely BK - WHY hasn't MDT taken a substantial equity stake in Titan...I mean they could own 30-40% of the company for an absolute song and even if PPS rose substantially - they would spend very little for the remaining 60-70%.

Is MDT stupid - to my knowledge they have NO equity stake and others don't either. I'll listen

110M o/s x say 35% is 38.5M shares x $1.75 PPS is $67.38M outlay. Pretty good deal IMO. So - either MDT is really dumb or not very concerned about massive price appreciation - into the BILLIONS. Am I wrong ? Tell me
