Very interesting. I’ve been trying to catch up on YouTube investor videos and I believe Coach Nick Money said that Veranda is the VR platform for Exp realty., which exceeded 50,000 agents recently. But who controls Veranda? Crank Media or Crank Virtual? That part is confusing to me in the video (he posted it on May 28 titled OTC HPIL & Its Holding Crank Media). HPIL and Crank Media are separate entities.

If HPIL does have its hands in Veranda it would likely be a big deal. But I haven’t heard much mention of it. Nick Money goes on to say this could cause a big squeeze and that shorts likely don’t know about Veranda…


Ok I realize I repeated a lot of what you said. Just thought you might have an interest in that YouTube video that speaks to what you said. Plus by coincidence I think I heard Stephen may be doing a podcast with Nick Money on Thursday? It was mentioned on Stocktwits. I wonder if they’d talk about exP realty/Veranda there?
