I hope this plays out well. From the response or our attorney and the grandfather situation, it seems likely a court date is in the future should the idiot paid off Governor sign the legislation...which is all but a foregone conclusion. It is going to be a really interesting challenge for all in court with the Department LR&SMM. This could even wind up in the Supreme Court should a judge rule in favor of the new State legislation proposed and sitting on the Governors desk. Certainly it will be appealed unless the company decides to cut bait and go to another more friendly location.
