So I ask a friend,,, "What the hell do they mean,,, "were not registered under the Securities Act" ?

He says,,, "Private placement shares. They usually have a restriction that has to be lifted before trading them."

So on a day of VERY heavy volume that ended with a 25% gain which included a late T-trade BUY of 1.7 million shares ABOVE the ask ,, I have to believe that most were not in the dark concerning this 8K.
