Isn't the chain of command 1) SEC investigation if merit is found in the complaint it is 2) then referred to the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE for further investigation into the allegations. Tell us something that we don't already know! Upon my initial research into, and my decision to invest in RIDE, the pre-orders were influential in my investment decision. I can very clearly see where Burn's was culpable and should be held liable for these damages. The bottom line this is old news. Lordstown did it's own internal investigation. This has already resulted in actions taken by Lordstown that resulted in Burn's and other officers of the corporation being terminated from their positions. At this point Burn's still owns approximately 25% of the corporation. The fact that Burn's benefited substantially from his promotion and direction of the company. Burn's should be held responsible for the losses and damages incurred by the investors in the complaint. Lordstown should be indemnified from liabilities and Burn's should be held in account as Burn's holdings in Lordstown are far greater than the damages incurred in the Class action suit. Those who purchased securities within the timeframe of such false representations should be compensated out of Burn's holdings. The Dept of Justice should allow the suit to list plantiff vs Steven Burn's. On top of all of this does everyone see the timing of this being well planned to coincide with the upcoming 4th July holiday. At this point it is the investors that got hurt today, which is the usual case with most SEC investigations. While the sovereignty and constitution of our country is at present dangling by a fine thread over the sword of tyranny, I see the timing of today's announcement, an attack on America and it's people as we as a nation attempt to get American manufacturing up and going again. I DEMAND AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE TIMEING OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE DEPT OF JUSTICE ANNOUNCENT. Appears to me to be an inside job and initiated for the benefit of insider short selling.
