I’ve watched this unfold from the sidelines only because of the George S. connection, his hype is usually good for a get in get out with a profit after the dust settles. I think Ponzi-Etta got pink current (how he did it so fast I have no clue) to keep GS from seeing the real books and finding the many Federal crimes Ponzi-Etta has committed, from the PPP scam to illegally issuing more shares to dump and dilute. George no longer wants this company, Ponzi-Etta made it personal for George by challenging him in court, the question now is how much time, effort and $$ will GS spend to put Ponzi on the SEC/feds radar? George has a big ego, this will get interesting. Of course, JMHO.
