Guess I was looking for something a little more positive - something maybe to back up their previous tweet.

Then again, and just thinking outside the box, if the Medi is required to abide by the potential new requirements such as - 2,000 feet from water, open space, park or state management areas and 1 mile from K-12 schools, colleges, child-care centers, assisted-living facilities and all areas zoned residential etc - maybe they could get the state to move them, at the state's expense due to the changing of the rules after preliminary approval was provided and include lost profits due to a delay in going live - maybe this wouldn't be such a bad deal.

Just thinking off the top of my head here.

PS I think this letter carries alot of wait in favor of the Medi. http://dem.ri.gov/programs/benviron/waste/pn/pn-medrecycler-noi.pdf

My opinions.
