No it can not be done next week. There is not even a Court date and if the Court is in Canada there is a back log due to Covid.


Originally in April, the Ceo had started he expected it to wrap up by the second quarter, 2021,. He has now pushed that back to fourth quarter of 2021.


Myself I find it confusing the intent of the NDA to keep the name of the Tech company private if that is the case, as there has been several clues put out there as to the possible identity.
