I think that the one thing John A understood about CSHD was that it was a goldmine - a goldmine as to loyal investors. Simon said this very early on when he first started to talk to Rufus. A following. A Cult willing to go the distance - even to the moon! I think this is the angle John will work - put out some hopeful PR's he will lead them to the gates of victory and how much he cares about these shareholders and milk them for everything they are worth. too bad most have lost their life savings and then some.
Even old Phil seems to be trashing TUT with that fluff PR. Nobody will care about anti-terrorism crap now that they have been burned with getting shorty. They just want their damn money back! their trust, their dreams. a few examples:

reading that sentence just makes me laugh. it's like i'm in the twilight zone.
Instead:
1. Give us our share divvy before something else comes along to screw us out of that too.
2. Tell us why the SEC investigated us and why we've heard nothing on the outcome of the charges since trading was re-started.
3. File our missing documentation and get us off the pinks.
4. Tell us where the hell our audited bonds are (or if they're fake, why the CPA who audited them isn't in jail).

honestly, thank God i dumped most of my shares a few days before trading was halted. i figured if the company was trustworthy, i'd be better off not being greedy and i'd make out just fine with the share divvy i had coming to me....obviously, they weren't trustworthy.
but that still leaves a lot of innocent people screwed, including members of my family.
ugh...that little rant has been months in the making...and this joke of a PR just pushed me over the edge...
