Forgive me, all depends on current status of company. From there just look at each of the pathways. Just google and pull the rules for each of these three):

1. Take Over

2. Reverse Merger

3. Buyout

I think OMO just put out the manual on this the other day (go look at his posts). if not just google each of those - they are fairly simple to read/understand.

I do NOT know how the Bid (what you sell it for) the ask (what you buy it for) effects change? Crazy right? I can build an entire program in a week, but cannot answer that question? I have often heard its the Market Makers (mangers), that effect change, but cannot find an exact answer of how or why?

I understand the concept of the DTC and how buy and sells work, but that does not place me in any position to align the two?

I believe" money is made on both the bid and ask, but really by whom? DTC or MM (perhaps both)?

What really kills me, is I have been unable to find (or recognize) the program they are all using? If I could take a peek under that hood, I could answer all the question you ask.

I hate to keep referencing OMO on things (esp. now that he is no longer a moderator on this board), but based on my opinion, he is a pretty straight shooter, and is always available to assist us, as long as we are trying to learn the stuff on our own as well (I think based on that alone, he must have some experience - older gentlemen) (click on OMOLIVES)

Perhaps ask exactly how and why the bid (sell order) can be three or more times the size of the Ask (buy order) and they can somehow create the same up and down movement - drives me crazy.

The only logical answer I could give is that the system they are using is somehow tiered with amounts coming off all the tiers at the same time (ask and bid). Thus you could get a mean average. That becomes the Market price? Then I would have to understand how many place holders there are on either side to offset or account for the wild swings?

If you find out, share with us all please.
