You people need to do research on partnerships and how they come to be... Someone as large as Gilead know the influence they would have partnering with an obscure 2 person entity that's publicly traded... They will do DD into the CEO, BODs and the quarterly filings... Also, the science will be investigated not relying on Leo's press-release opinions... If partnerships were easy why has Leo struck out for K/OM/ABSSSI.... Only B UP got them 400K... LOL
So structure is important when someone who has everything to lose partners with someone who is on life support...
