The Cerro Las Minitas property comprises over 20 concessions totaling approximately 13,700 hectares. The Oro property is a gold-silver-copper-lead-zinc property, which is located approximately 80 kilometers southwest of the Silver City porphyry copper district. The Oro property comprises a contiguous block of Federal, State and private land totaling over 11.8 square kilometers in the Eureka mining district in Grant County, New Mexico.
