I got into NBRI about 8 years ago. Leopold banked about $5000 coin from me.
I throw interjections onto the board every now and again. But no, I wouldn't waste my time contacting the shyster. It would be an incredible waste of time.
As I have stated previously, the only thing that Leopold is mining is people's pockets. The only thing this stock is good for is a quick flip play.

What is it that they say? Caveat Emptor?
