Where does it state that the deficiencies has anything to do with labeling!!! That’s basic English language READING COMPREHENSION:


No it's not "READING COMPREHENSION"!!! It's extrapolating from known variables to probable outcomes. Simply: if there was a deficiency in efficacy or safety, that would have been essentially a big NO! You can't fix "efficiency" in a hurry, or at all.

THEREFORE

It's reasonable to assume that the issue is one of labeling or some other fixable problem.

That's LOGICAL COMPREHENSION!!
