If it were failed, the 30 day extension would not be needed. He wants to try to work out some alternative, although negotiations are stuck for the moment. At the current standings it would be as noted in page 1, but Lazar is still willing to try to move positions in the next 30 days before terminating custodianship in one or the other way (having cleaned up the shell going into the next step or leaving it as it is). No guarantee at all he will be successful, but it is not totally over yet. Only when he can't get anything done in these 30 days.
