I agree that the money that the GSE'S provide to the government isn't a reason they aren't being released, peanuts to overall balance sheet.

And I find it hard to believe they are trying to punish or deny big hedge funds. There are other investors.

But I sure don't know why they won't release us , 2 parties. 4 presidents and administration's, 13 years, documented lies by so many in the beginning of take over, uncaring media, and blind eyes by so many.

If I remember right, China was a major shareholder when this all started and they were 60 bucks, maybe they still hold and this is their punishment.

Just downright baffling
