Hey Rich, they sure are! And for a brief moment our warrants traded for 200% higher than the price of HYMC. So it looks like management is going to have to watch as we take the mine back, and wonder how it was possible.

Watch this turn 180 degrees as the closing price of the HYMCZ warrants slowly creeps up on the closing price of first the HYMCW warrants, then the HYMCL warrants, and lastly the actual HYMC stock.

My guess. HYMC has become a sinking ship in order for the market cap to shrink so low that when the announcement by the SEC comes, it is quite easy to pay back the entire market cap to current holders of HYMC and then give us HYMCZ holders back our 100% ownership.

There is a reason the market cap of HYMC is only $185 million when at a gold price of $2,100, the NPV 5%, of the Hycroft mine is an astounding 5.9 billion dollars. With gold at $1,300, the NPV is 2.1 billion, remember? So why is it trading at just $185 million? Oh, I think I know why. Because the Hycroft mine is a stolen asset, and it can not regain it's true value until it is given back to the rightful owners.

Once that happens, watch it flourish!

This will make one interesting story when it's all said and done. I can see the headlines now. Largest Recovery Ever Recorded By the SEC. I just wonder about the implementation of how it will be done.

For instance, would a fund be created to pay back current HYMC holders in the amount of (for example, if the share price falls to $1 by the time this happens, 59.9 million shares X $1 = $59.9 million). And then would shares be extinguished and current HYMCZ holders be issued new shares, starting with 12.7 million shares being issued, 1 share per warrant held PLUS whatever additional share offerings the corporation does in order to raise capital?

I'm thinking this has never been done before so it's anyone's guess.

Anyways, I heard that you had sold yours. I hope you were able to get them back at a good price. If you had to pay double, I feel your pain. Seeing that I've been out of work for a while now, I figured I could try and accumulate more warrants by just timing the market right, and I ended up getting tumulted by the recent large speculators who just purchased. So that was pretty brutal.

It looks like large speculators are starting to find out about our group and passed the following article around to their associates causing the latest spike in price and volume. https://seekingalpha.com/article/4378476-allied-nevada-gold-corp-investors-may-be-on-track-to-soon-receive-relief-from-sec

If we take a look at the following chart, we can see the huge spike in article views on the 21st and 22nd for this article, which perfectly coincides with the large volume spike. Notice that prior to this spike, views of this article have been to a minimum because it got buried in press releases that were released after this article.

These spikes seem to be occurring more and more frequently which to me shows that pressure is building around these warrants. Soon other large speculators will find out and also want to be a part causing more price spikes which will in turn most likely cause more higher and higher lows.

My guess is very soon we will have a fire hydrant type of explosion on the price of our warrants. It's just a guess but this is a normal pattern among stocks which have pressure increasing every month. As additional speculators continue to find out about our group, and the 28 chapter book that we sent to the SEC, it would not surprise me if we reach higher highs than previously. SEC complaints are still coming in month after month, and have not ceased since. So it highly likely that an SEC investigation is already far under way if they chose to take this low lying fruit.

I haven't released an update in a while so I will probably need to do that so that anyone who has not been following the recent price activity can stay up to date on the latest activity regarding these warrants.
