At this point, I don't want new licenses to happen. They need to slow down and focus on what they have. They already can't afford what they are getting into. Adding a new license would mean another million they need to raise. I'd prefer them to wait a year. Maybe target next year's Nascar opening. This way maybe they could finance through sales.
