Pros:

Real website

Real product

Product reviewed very well

Current and in good standing in CO (ubqu)

Current and in good standing in FL (c-z products)*

Repeated record accumulation

James Ballas (CEO) posting frequently on the cannazall site

No massive sell off from whales or retail or MMs. (This tells me the MMs know more than us)

Speculative Pros:

Seem to be following plan from 2019 starting in Feb

Dilution is done (it seems they released it over the coarse of the last few weeks)

The dilution profits to them could be financing all the current legal hoops they have to go through

Representative told me they will release everything when ready ((check my posts history for the post I have the link to screenshots) put in speculative as it's not an official source)

Cons:

No official word from company officials yet. This is a big one so weighs different t than the pros.

Speculative Cons:

Ballas is going to abandon ubqu and only use CZ products (this one doesn't sit with me at all. *They ship from Florida so need to have a registered business.)

Ballas has an agenda against certain people who may or may not currently holding the stock and is just screwing us all (sorry had to put this in)
