Can’t believe I actually just read this word for word lol -

I believe, still to this day, there’s going to be a JV with a much larger armored truck company. I say this because A.) if we want to expand quickly into other states legalizing MJ then we have to JV with a more established armored truck company as we don’t have the man power / logistics to expand quick enough so why not JV with a (Brinks / Loomis / Fortress / etc etc) - also based on their last annual report this is mentioned as a possibility (JV or buyout of other armored truck company that fits their need)

I know no one ever wants to engage this as a possibility but if we’re expanding into “other highly regulated industries” and HYPUR app is only for MJ - then we need more cash vaulting / etc etc etc.
