I wonder what the reason for that sale was. If she felt it was over extended or there were better values out there that would be negative. However, it could have simply been mechanical - if the fund has bylaws that say a given stock can be no more than x% of the portfolio value (most of them do) and PLTR had appreciated so that it was now over that threshold (possible), then she was forced to sell by the fund’s rules. That would actually put a positive spin on the sale.

The fact that she did not sell off the whole position and that the sale occurred right at quarter end (when compliance rules often kick in) suggest this sale was driven by internal portfolio risk management rules as opposed to by perceived negative prospects for PLTR.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
