The $40 million + water rights assets was key to their “association”/partnership they established. They will be utilizing the water rights to irritate their industrial hemp crops for hemp based building materials.

From my understanding WSRC had to restructure unsecured debt prior completion of their definite agreement with GHG because they planned on utilizing the $40 million + water rights to obtain funding in order to start building a manufacturing plant in the newly acquired land for hemp based building material.

Further, I believe they will utilize Mystere Power Group (MPG) technology in the hemp based affordable housing community that they intend to build on the additional acquired land making it eco-friendly & an energy saving environment.

From one of my previous post…

IMO, it appears that the Colorado Hemp Agro-Industrial Zone/ Affordable Housing Project may also incorporate technology from their Energy Conservation Division, Mystere Power Group, LLC (MPG). Read under "Launch Client" on the link below.

I believe the company’s tweet today may have been a hint to this…

“Land Planning and Engineering Firms have been engaged by the Company. Immediately following the June 11th due-diligence completion date, the Company will be coordinating with the City Planners, Building Department, and its own consultants to establish a detailed land use plan from which to efficiently stage development of both properties totaling approximately 220 acres. Details of the transaction, and the core features of the vision shared by the City and the Company for a sustainable, affordable, and green community will be forthcoming as those events unfold and the HAIZ comes to fruition.”

“Hemp-Based Sustainable Community and Colorado Hemp Agro-Industrial Zone”

“WSRC and Global Hemp Group Inc. are preparing to build a hemp-based “Sustainable Community” from the ground up, strategically located in a beautiful part of northwestern Colorado, a location in great need of affordable housing.”
