Dart..If I have this right it isn't anything the company did that is wrong or right other than the presentation of the PRE-14. I think they{SEC} were looking for more clarity as to what will happen with the company if the proxy votes to do away with the BDC and what would happen if the vote went the other way and also to clarify new accounting practices when the company goes wholly owned if the proxy vote is to do away with the BDC.
