it is one page of a 60+ page annual meeting notice - lots more about the increased compensation of executive directors for example which should probably draw more concern from shareholders.

if they do increase no extra share are actually issued and as stated they have to raise from a regulatory perspective so just a question of how many.

so far I have seen one proposal - double from 750m to 1.5bn

which at say $100 a share would get you $75Bn to accelerate your growth into the green hydrogen utility scale manufacturing market should you decide to get there faster than the 2028 I currently think is pencilled in.
