I emailed the company at www.xoles.com on Tuesday morning after seeing the announcement that MedolifeRX has an agreement with "Xoles Del Pacifico, S.A. De C.V. (Xoles) a leading international distributor of pharmaceutical and wellness products"

Great news, right?? Well, since I wasn't able to find this website before I emailed them, I did a domain lookup. https://lookup.icann.org/lookup
The domain was purchased at 2:01pm EST on Tuesday 6/29, hours after the announcement came out.
If "Xoles del Pacifico" has been around for "over 10 years" I'm confused why Xoles would have bought this domain name after the news announcement? Maybe they have changed company names? I have asked Xoles for more information.
