so what number is the number to go for?

do you want to hamper their ability to strike deals in the future like the partnerships this year?

They have no current plans (so they say!) since they do have significant cash but a lot of that is already earmarked over the next 4-5 years as laid out in their strategic plan

if the opportunity to increase their hydrogen generation capability - thinking in connection with Acciona in Europe or AUstralia they may need a few billion $.

If they need to invest to dominate the hydrogen air industry?

The board is thinking big, bigger than most people here seem to realise.

The question to ask is if we authorize doubling when will the next ask come? - are you sure you don't need more?
