Did he, as an outsider shareholder, openly tell the world what his plan was and ask for shareholders to vote for Him as the new Director?
Yes.
Did Mark Miller also suggest that any NWGC share holders with money and a business plan run against him if they wanted to?
Yes.
Did Mark Miller win 100% of the votes voted?
Yes.
Did Mark Miller turn over NWGC to a mega millionaire 30 year veteran Licensed attorney, with CFO, CEO, director and major Industrial production manufacturing experience spanning 30 years and give control of the company?

Did the new Director/CEO that Mark Miller picked have massive money, know how and experience behind him?
Yes.
Is NWGC a dead shell now?
No.
Am I impressed with what Mark Miller did here with NWGC.
Yes.
Mark Miller is innocent under US law until and only if, he is some day convicted. And none of the indictments have a damn thing to do with NWGC.
The Government is wrong, more than they are right. I have seen this across way more than 1/2 of century of my life. The stories, history I could tell here about the huge fraud, and out right blunders the government agencies make routinely would shock you all. Like the late 1980's US DOD/US Brass felonies committed by the Military gassing contractors at Area 51, in violation of EPA, OSHA, and CDC regulations that killed hundreds of US civilian patriot contractors, while they were by contract gagged under penalty of Treason if they sought medical care....
A young black man barely 18, murdered by the police for driving with an air freshener hanging from his rear view mirror a few months ago.
One of the largest cities in the US, it's Police forensic lab faked data on 1000s of people over years, and had an innocent man on death row, one of many where the City Police lab faked the DNA evidence.
I turned in felons for dumping cyanide, yes cyanide down a city sewer 27 years ago, and the city cited a bakery for the violation, not the real discharger, because the city forked up the chain of custody on the waste water samples.... That screw up let the real felons get away with what could have killed people...
So no, I am not going to sell my $NWGC shares because of BS claims made here, that have nothing to do with NWGC, and have not and will not be able to be proved in court for a long time.
