So, VPLM files lawsuits in Waco, regarding new patents. VPLM files Petition for Writ of Certiorari with the Supreme Court. THIS IS PUMP????? How could this be pump???? These actions do not have any consequence for months, in all likelihood. I guess one/more of the players could call "Uncle", but probably unlikely.

American Axel is a big case and hopefully the Supremes will take it up. Good results there and VPLM moves many flights up. Time will tell.

AGAIN, VIRNETX HAS BEEN AT IT FOR 10 YEARS VS aapl... The cases VPLM, "The Supreme", is involved in do not resolve over night!!!
